How to handle young unsupervised neighbor children... most do not speak English?
Advice Please
There are about 8 children on our street, all 4 and younger who play outside almost the entire day unsupervised, they roam allover the block. They play in the street, throw rocks and hard objects at each other, and my dog. These kids come over and play when my daughters (3 &5) are out. I have tried to keep under control but it's very hard because only 2 of them speak English. One of the younger boys (I'd guess a young 3) pees outside and yesterday he pulled down his pants in front of my girls & went in our yard. Yesterday he threw a large glass jar right next to my daughter -there was broken glass all over. Today the same boy came over while a man who appeared to be responsible for him was outside - and he tore apart one of their toys, and his brother (about 4) came over with firecrackers. After a while the man yelled at them in Spanish and he ran across the street. Should I try to find an adult in the family who speaks English, or call CPS, ?
Call immagration and then call CPS. There is no excuse for these behaviors. I'm going through something simliar and I thought they didn't speak english until I heard them talking to their dad in English and he thinks its funny to irriate the americans so he has his kids do these things. Not cute. But calling immagration was!

Different Kinds of Drink Glasses to Look For
Each type of drink that you serve requires a different type of drink glass - that is if you want to use the correct drink etiquette when you are entertaining. When shopping for glasses for your cupboard or china cabinet, you really do need to have a selection of several different kinds.
