Why are men/husbands so self centered?
I hate the NBA playoffs, my husband wants to watch every damn game when the Lakers are playing. I don't have a problem with him watching it, the thing is that he wants to get together with his buddies at a sports bar or buddies house and drink and eat every time. The games are at least 3 times a week, I think it's ridiculous. All his friends are in their early 30's and single (my husband's 32 yrs. old).
I'm I being too possessive?
The things is that he won't invite me to come with him, I have to stay home with the kids. To clean and cook.

Even if he did this before you got married, marriage is a deeper level of commitment..."the two shall become one". I wouldn't ask him to give it up totally, but a married man shouldn't act like he's still single. You should be the center of his life and he should be yours, otherwise, why did he get married? But if basketball is a love of his and you knew this going into the marriage, don't ask him to change it, just modify a little. So far, all the guys I dated/married wanted me to be married to them while they remained single. I think it's time we, as women, decide to ditch the "little boys" and not settle for anything less than a real man. The real question is,..... is there any out there???

Kobe Bryant is 1,165 points away of being the Lakers all time leading scorer. By the time he hits the 40k minute mark, he should have around 27,000 points. How far up could he end up? He is only 31 years old and he hasn't shown signs of slowing down. Barring any major injuries, he should easily make it into the top 5.
For him to make it into the top 5, he would have to have about 30k points which he should be able to reach. After this season he will have around 25,700 points which will make him #12 of all time.

i really don't know if he'll get at karl malone or even michael jordans' or wilt's numbers, but he will most definetely pass shaq. i mean if we see kobe play for another 5 seasons avg around 30 ppg the first two and dropping to 25 the next three seasons then kobe will pass MJ but i just don't see kobe playing that much longer on that same level. i say this as a Lakers fan and as a kobe fan. but anything is possible. and i also say this as long as kobe is healthy and plays all 82 games in a season.
