what 3d animations program should i learn in order to join a great game making company?

im 16 years old boy from Saudia , im planning 2 join a major game making company "EA , UbiSoft ,,,etc"
but what should i learn ? "im planning 2 be a game designer , characters designer ,"
currently i have a good experience in 3ds max
but i dunno if it will help , and should i choose "3d designing 2 study in college?

and should i have extraordinary skills 2 join such companies

for rigging most people use Maya, modeling can go either way, My personal preference for modeling is 3ds max. XSI is also getting bigger especially now that Autodesk owns that as well. Very important times ten is that you learn either Mudbox or Z-brush(z-brush has more free learning reference). They really speed up your work flow and in the game industry pulling off awesome stuff in a short time frame is what makes you a valuable team member to keep around. What it really comes down to isn't what programs you know its how good you are in the programs you know, and how fast you can adapt to new programs and workflows. If you know 3dmax really well, then to transfer over to Maya you just have to keep an open mind, they have mostly the same tools just with different names, same with XSI.I know a guy that worked at EA as a character modeler and he is all Maya(he said his art test was to model a head in 4 hours your given a certain poly limit as well), but where he works now(senior character artist, means he has worked on two shipped next gen titles) some of them use Maya and some use max, but everything gets exported as an .obj into their companies real time engine. I have another friend that is an environment artist and they all use max, mostly the UVW unwrap in Max blows Mayas out of the water, thus being why they stick with max. So which programs do you use? The one that you can get things done best, using the least amount of time.
character example:
•make a quick base mesh in max(very simple 2hour mesh)
•import into a 3d sculpting program, raise your subdivisions and make the shape and form of your character. Hold off on the details! If you know your anatomy and shape you want, as in drawing a character sheet, it shouldn't take more than a day.
•import it back to max, use polyboost or max tools to re-topologies your mesh(edge loops outline the muscles, you have an almost uniform square polygon spacing, each joint has at least 3-5 loops for its bend)and Unwrap it(if you are taking it into a 3d paint or sculpting program none of your uv's can be overlapping! apply a checker map to check for stretching).Topology could take a while for beginner...
•export it back to Z-brush and layer your details on.
From here you could bake your normal's in z-brush, or play with the projection cage in max(not fun). You could paint your textures in Photoshop, or use a 3d paint program like body paint.
•it would probably be an added touch if you were able to get the piece to show up correctly in a real-time engine like unreal editor(ships free with the game).

I answered you with almost a book but what you are wanting to get into takes a great deal of knowledge, continuous learning, dedication, and time as well as an artistic eye and background. All of which you have plenty of time to achieve.
Also if your 18 and can do all this stuff you'll be an impressive applicant and companies will probably want you more. It helps to go to school for it but you could start learning it online now.

These are some of the top sites, good luck and I hope you make it big in the 3d world!
Remember not just video games use 3d, there are also: movies, commercials, oil companies, architecture, car designers. You make the most at small companies that have no clue on what 3d is. At a game company your another one of the hundreds that want to do that same thing, and your easily replaced, so make your talent irreplaceable whatever you choose.

Fostering Great Online Gaming Experience

You, me and everybody else. We want friend. We all want to belong. We all want to be gathered. We may all be dissimilar but we still share some general interests. And as for me, I share to the world my interest for online gaming. Playing till the wee hours of the morning. Enjoying every event of winning. Fretting over instances of losing. And of course, jumping for joy after achieving the number one ranking.

These things are nothing new for online gamers. It is because of this that we join gaming communities. Gaming communities are wherever. They are the venues where we play, interact and have fun. Gaming communities are our online playgrounds. And in here we feel the sense of belongingness.

I've been to several gaming communities. I registered here and there, joined from one community to another. But I've found a multiplayer online gaming community that exceeded my expectations. Enter game online sites.

You visit the game online site and behold are their games. These are the games that will soon capture your attention. Your eyes will soon be in trance as you check the games behind the iconic pictures. You will find yourself trying one fly or die game to another until you feel that your time won't be enough to play them all. The gaming spirit is just totally on.

Once you enter, the total community welcomes you. The fellowship of online gaming will open right into you. You'll feel accommodated; you'll feel at ease. As you stay on the site longer, you see that it has an interactive forum. You click the link and you decided to enter. Presto, you are welcomed again. You not only got to play a lot of online games for free, but you also have the chance to chat with other players. Post on the message boards. Ask the gaming experts. Seek some help from the moderators. All in all, you definitely won't go wrong because great people surround you.

That's how an online gaming society should work. It should just not remain as a gaming site for strangers. Fly or die is a great example to be followed. On multiplayer game online sites, you'll first visit as a stranger but you'll soon be a friend to almost all gamers. You won't feel some sense of alienation. You'll play and grow with other players. Well, that's the vision when flyordie was being created in the first place. You just don't play games here, but you also enhance your gaming experience.
