Ingrowth hair on bikini area. Should I have a surgery to remove it? Huge lump and it's so painful I can't walk. Cant stand the pain. Keeps growing everyday, red, hot and might be infection. Not first time it happens and I have to have a surgery. I don't have health insurance, whats the best way to take care of it right away? I'm in LA, does anyone know a cosmetic surgeon in Tijuana where I can get it removed? Thank you so much guys!
Note that it is huuuuge! The skin is thick and I can't see the hair, tweezers or needles dont help, it might have to be open with a bisturi(knife).
