Hours Sign Light
Do you go the new posted speed of 45 mph in a construction Zone.The speed limit is normally 55 mph on the inte?
I drive on the interstate with the signs saying reduced speed ahead (Construction Zone) The normal speed in Indiana is 55 miles per hour. In the construction zone is where I am confused. The speed drops to 45 miles per hour. The signs have lights never blinking and I have yet to see workmen. The cars still go 55 miles an hour and I just spotted a State Trooper going faster than that. He was even going over the lines.
Do you know the law on this?
