Are guitar hero world tour controllers compatible with guitar hero aerosmith for PS3?
I love guitar hero but I have finished guitar hero world tour and i want to try some of the previous games. I need to know if guitar hero world tour controllers are compatible with guitar hero aerosmith for the PS3.
As long as its all on the same platform, then yes, they are interchangeable. Get Metallica tho, its better than Aerosmith 
Or GH3! (I was not a fan of the way they did sets in Aerosmith.)

Aerosmith guitar doesnt work with guitar hero three..is it supposed to work?
I have Guitar Hero Aerosmith eddition guitar and game and i just purchased guitar hero 3. The guitar doesnt seem to work with the guitar hero 3 game. Is there any way i can fix it? and is it supposed to work?
Depends
If you got an original copy of the aerosmith guitar, or an original copy of guitar hero 3, then no. Aerosmith came before Guitar Hero 3. And the controls inside the guitar are different from the guitar hero guitar. Think of the guitars like PC games. you can't play a game for Vista on an XP computer, but you can play an XP game on an Vista computer.
