Hard Ice Tea
Will drinking nestea with hard alcohol make for less of a hangover?
I get fairly bad hangovers and I drink hard alcohol when I drink usually...I know dehydration is a big part of it...so I'm wondering....if I drink my alcohol with iced tea (that nes tea stuff) instead of pop, will that make my hangovers less bad? Cause that nes tea stuff is basically water with the powder mix...
I would be about the same either way, nestea still has a lot of suger mixed with it.
You would have better luck with a non sweetened ice tea
