panic attacks after an abusive relationship?
I got out of a 3 year lond abusive relationship recently and i think Im still being effected by some of it? whenever im on aim if someone doesnt answer my aim or just signs off randomly without saying anything I freak out and have a panic attack and im super afraid theyre mad at me. when my bf was mad at me he would cut al ties immediatly like hang up or sign off and not talk to me at all for days and i would never see it coming. so maybe it comes from that? i also cant take anyone being mad at me anymore. whenever someone is mad i get super afraid and freaked out and guilty and feel terrible even if its just the smalled thing. could that be because of my boyfriend uncontrollable and unpredictable rages? I dunno whats going on and I know some of the ways i react to people are effected by him but i dont want it to be a part of me anymore and i just want to be normal more than anything. what can I do? thanks.
Yeah,Benjamin has a good idea but also you seem to have an anxiety disorder.Relax is the 1 thing that you should be doing right now,stressing out even about this matter is not helping your situation at all dear.Maybe it is a separation issue due to your ex-boyfriends sudden "stand-offish" behaviour.Seek some counseling,talk with some good friends.Maybe you have a problem having friendships right now due to this problem.I suggest you see a doctor dear and tell your doctor exactly what you told us here,and see how things go from there.It can only get better,right?Good luck

why is my ex super nice?
so i've been with this guy for 9 years. we have 2 children together, things started getting rocky about 3 years ago. I just found out he cheated on me in april. i kicked him out, he begged to change and for me to take him back, well, i just found out that it wasn't one women he slept with it was several. he won't talk about it and called me all these bad names and everthing, now he's super nice, paying rent. giving me money saying i don't have to worry about rent until the child support comes in. co-signing for my house. wanting to hang out, wanting to take me to the movies, telling me that my attitudes changed and i've opened up. what the heck is going on.
He wants you around because he has found out that it costs him money to keep his kids - remember, once a cheater, always a cheater. He wants you because he thinks you will always be there for him. When you get the child support money, kick him out for good.
