Does anyone know of any natural/home exfoliation remedies and any good skin and hair beauty tips?
I am looking for some exfoliation remedies for my very dry skin (especially my legs) because regular lotion, oil, etc. doesn't seem to be doing the trick fully. I am also looking to see if anyone knows any good tricks/ideas for hair growth and breakage. Any random beauty tips are appreciate also!

i don't know where you live, but if you have a sally's beauty supply near you, i got it there, or you can just follow the link and have it shipped to you.
also, i found that when i used avacado(crushed with olive oil...has to be ripe). that really helped too.
