Our alignment lasers feature all-glass optics for superior performance and brilliance, as well as removable apertures, which allow you to control the laser beam size without repositioning the modules. Our alignment lasers are also equipped with variable focus optics for pinpoint accuracy, solid brass construction that won’t spark or rust, and concentric laser beams that are easy to mount and position. Each alignment laser we offer has the convenient power options of AC or DC operation, and is built with an intrinsically safe design that is compliant with all MSHA, DFA, and OSHA standards.
Our most popular is our L56 module. The Model L56 Concentric Alignment Module is milled flat and v-grooved on the bottom for easy mounting, and features an o-ring seal that is waterproof to one atmosphere. The L56 alignment laser is powered by two AAA alkaline batteries, and has dimensions of 6½ inches long by ¾ inches in diameter. The alignment is concentric to the long axis, and you have the option of choosing from a 635nm Class II or Class IIIa beam.
Laser Tools Co. Inc. also offers the L58 Alignment Module alignment laser, which is powered by a 3½ VD C Regulated 50ma. It has dimensions of 2½ inches long by ¾ inches in diameter, and you have the option of choosing from a 635nm Class II or Class IIIa beam.
