Glasses Optical Shop
Shoud I say something to this lady?
One of the ladies at our eye doc's optical dept. has a habit of
criticizing my son in little ways every time he goes in for a new
pair of glasses or an adjustment. She never does this to my
daughter...Yesterday we went to get a new pair of glasses and
she says, "You need to wash your hair, it's all greasy" to my son
(he's 11 yrs old). Well, his hair coulda used a wash, but it was
barely noticeable that it was dirty, and we had spent the previous nite til about 11:30 in the local ER! So I explained that
to the lady and she just raised her eyebrows at me!
We have been going there for glasses for 5 years now and we
love the doc, but this lady stepped over the line w/the hair comment. She also said that "Walmart would have a lot more
children's choices."
Should I say anything to the doc or to her? Or just make sure someone else always waits on us at the optical shop?
How dare she pass personal remarks about a customer.
I would make a request that in future my son should be dealt with by someone else as she has a bad attitude towards him. This request I would make directly to the Doctor if he is the owner of the practice.
