Frame Black
How do I fix the black frame of my sunglasses?
I bought these not long ago, and they were the only ones left in the shop. I really like them a lot, but my sister broke them today, and I am absolutely furious. Is there anyway that I can fix them, without it looking obvious they were once broken???
There are a lot of different ways to break something. I broke the part of the metal frame on my eyeglasses that holds the lens in. I could put the lens in and carefully adjust the frame so it looked normal, but that was hardly a repair. I took the lens out and very carefully spread epoxy glue in the groove that holds the lens. Then I put the lens in and adjusted the frame to hold the lens normally. It took a few tries. I kept having to wipe epoxy off the lens and try again, but I finally got it right. Then I set the glasses down very gently and waited for the glue to dry. It worked.
