Float Vanilla
Anyone have a recipe for a cocktail called midnight passion which I had recently in Melbourne?
I have googled but can't find it.Not the same one anyway! I remember the menu said, blueberries, vanilla, a hint of white chocolate ......and they floated a half of passionfruit on top. It was a deep purple. Very very nice.
I think I found where I had it. A place called the long room on collins st. RECIPE???????
Mid-Night Passion Drink Recipe
* 1 packet black cherry jell-o
* 1 cup boiling water
* 1 cup vodka
Mix 1 packet Black Cherry jello with 1 cup boiling water. Mix until sugar dissolved. Mix 1 cup Vodka (or more to taste) and chill in freezer for 2 hours or fridge for 4 hours

Midnight Mocha Drink Recipe
* 1 cup milk
* 1 cup hot, strong black coffee
* 3 Hershey's chocolate bars
* 1 dash Southern Comfort peach liqueur
* 1 pinch ground cinnamon
Melt the chocolate in a pan until it becomes syrupy, and in a separate container, combine the milk and the coffee. Pour in chocolate and Southern Comfort and stir. Sprinkle the cinnamon on top and serve.

Midnight Sun Drink Recipe
* 2 oz Finlandia vodka
* 1 oz Cointreau orange liqueur
* 1 oz apricot brandy
* 1 oz grenadine syrup
* 1/2 oz lemon juice
Pour the vodka, Cointreau, apricot brandy, grenadine and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, and strain into a champagne saucer or small wine glass. Garnish with a maraschino cherry, and serve.

Midnight Mint Drink Recipe
* 1 oz Bailey's Irish cream
* 3/4 oz white creme de menthe
* 3/4 oz double cream
Rim a cocktail (martini) glass with sugar syrup then dip into chocolate flakes or powder. Add ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake well then strain into the cocktail glass.

Midnight Manx Drink Recipe
* 1 oz Kahlua coffee liqueur
* 1 oz Bailey's Irish cream
* 1 dash Goldschlager cinnamon schnapps
* 2 oz heavy cream
* 2 oz hazelnut coffee
Fill a mixer with ice and add baileys, kahlua, goldshlager, and cream. Shake for 5 seconds and strain into an ice-filled double rocks glass. Add chilled coffee, stir and serve.
