Special facet-to-aspect ratcheting motion supplies easy placement of the barbell, even when loaded with bodyweight plates, and can be loaded a single part at a time (up to 90 lbs. per facet - after 90 pounds, add fat plates to every single part evenly).
Barbell can be locked by opening 1 or two hands, whichever is most comfy and normal for you.
The frame sides of the SSG can be extended wider than 90 degrees to allow broad-grip lat pulldowns or purely to present extra interior area. In addition, adjustable Place Block Plates permit for specialized training by enabling you to arranged limits on barbell travel and define the variety of movement. The Location Block Plates also offer a secondary locking device for the barbell and work independently from the touch sensor auto-locking program.
