Eat Storebought Frozen

I am 39 weeks can I eat deli meat yet?
I had a salami sandwich I made with storebought packaged gallo salami and foster freeze turkey meat. I heated it up but only for 60 sec in the microwave. is that okay? besides, isnt listeria rare? and when I asked my ob awhile back about eating deli meat, she said it's nothing 2 worry about.
as long as you are heating it. listeria isn't "rare" it's just like food poisoning. it happens often enough that i wouldn't want to risk it if i know that all i have to do is heat it before eating.
