Draft Beer Lighted
alcohol and chest pains?
i have a friend that when he drinks he gets sever chest pains and cannot see clearly. its like he sees outlines and lights but that is it. can tell he is in horrible pain. this only happens when he drinks alot and usually if he is drinking draft beer can anybody explain what is going on with him.
1. He may be allergic to alcohol. The chest pain is from not being able to breathe.
2. He may have liver problems.
3. Whatever it is, a severe reaction to alcohol needs a medical diagnosis.
Go see a doctor.

Is beer artificially flavored, mainstream beers in particular.?
I saw Fast food nation and there was word of a flavoring company, IFF, that worked with alot of different food and beverage companies. Perhaps IFF is responsible for the flavors of beers like Bud Light and Guinness Draught
It depends on what you consider to be an "artificial flavor".
Beer is, at it's base, water, yeast, sugar of some sort, and flavors, usually hops.
Beyond that, the sky is the limit. SA uses cherry and wheat, and tons of other things for certain flavors.
Bud Light is not so much a beer, as a mass produced.. I don't know what to call it. But it doesn't stand still long enough in the production line to be called "beer"
What makes Guiness Draught Guiness, is the Nitrogen Widget in the can, which "whips" the beer with nitrogen as soon as it is opened. For a true Guiness tap system, you need a mix of C02 and Nitrogen in the pressure line, to get the famous "guiness" head, and several years of experience tapping it to get it just right.
They figured out how to get that right out of the can, with the nitrogen widget.
Another thing to remember: Draft (kegged) beers are typically not pasteurized, whereas the stuff in the bottles is.. and that can change the taste of the beer. So yeah, it just might actually be that it really _Does_ taste different from the tap than in the can!
