How can I put plastic in my drivers side window with no frame?
My drivers side window broke and it is going to cost TWO HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS to fix it! I don't have a frame going around the door so my window is permanently down and it's cold outside! I don't know how to solve this and still be able to open my door! Please help!

If the car is 6 or more years old, I would call some junk yards and offer them first $125 then $150 then $175 to do the job? glass is glass and a new one is the same ( except windshields) sound good?
The only way to solve the problem now is to put clear plastic around the outside of the door area secured with masking tape (duct tape is best but the glue stays on the paint and is very had to remove after woods. Then get in and out using the Passenger door

5 Important Tasks To Schedule Daily When You Open A Dollar Store
It seems like almost every business has a long list of tasks that must be performed on routine basis. Yet those are the very tasks everyone avoids like the plague. Be sure you don’t allow that happen when you open a dollar store business. Provide training, set expectations and provide feedback to ensure the necessities of operating your business are performed as required. Don’t compromise the success of your business by looking the other way when these tasks are not performed. In this article I present 5 important tasks to schedule daily when you open a dollar store.
1) Window cleaning. Windows fall into two very distinct groupings. First there are windows that are never exposed to people. They do get dirty and dusty over time, but for all practical purposes they remain relatively clean for long periods of time. Cleaning these windows on a monthly basis is probably adequate. The second group of windows are those that have constant traffic passing. These are windows people look into as they walk to the front door of your store. These are the windows children peak through to see the treasures in your store. Be sure to have high traffic area windows cleaned on a daily basis.
2) Bathroom cleaning. Now here’s a tasks we all hate! Yet if you are providing access to restrooms to either employees or the public, you must maintain cleanliness. Most who open a dollar store cannot afford to hire an outside cleaning service to come in every day to handle these chores. So it will fall on an employee to make sure the restrooms are clean and properly stocked on a routine basis. Set the expectation; assign the task and then follow-up to make sure it is happening as expected. Be sure to provide positive feedback to those who do a great job!
3) Basic store sales floor clean-up. Let’s face it, once you open a dollar store there will be many, many shoppers throughout each and every day. It’s important that the last shopper of the day sees the same clean, well-organized store as the first shopper. That means you must schedule periodic store walk-throughs to bring everything on the sales floor back to your just-opened standards. Straightening the aisles of your store, one-by-one. Place items back in their home location. Next sweep or vacuum the floors. The goal is to make the store look sparkling clean and tidy at all times.
4) Front door cleaning and washing. The front door of every business takes a beating. Every single person who enters touches the door, and frequently the window-portion of the door. You will have hundreds of people coming and going through the front door when you open a dollar store. Be sure to have the door cleaned periodically throughout the day to avoid someone touching sticky candy or dirt left behind. Cleaning periodically throughout the day is advised even when you have automatic doors.
5) Cash register and checkout area cleaning. The one area every shopper will likely see is the cash register – checkout area of your store. When you open a dollar store be sure to establish clear expectations regarding organization and cleanliness of this area of your business. With the volume of sales you’ll likely be doing, organizing, cleaning and general housekeeping must be done periodically.
