Disc Jockey Bar

Where should I live??
I'm sooooooo indecisive!
---I live in NY, presently. I thought I might like to move to somewhere in California, but now I'm not sure. Then I thought maybe Chicago. Or Toronto in Canada. But I'm not sure.
---Then I got SO indecisive that I decided these places might be too expensive to be worth it. I don't know!! So I started thinking maybe Portland, Oregon. But really---I just have no idea!
A little background:
---I'm a female in my early 20's
---I DJ for a living, doing bars/clubs and weddings, etc. (I do mostly electro music when i do bars.) So I need to move to a city that has a hip young bar scene.
What I want to know is: Where do you/have you lived that you would recommend to someone of my age (early 20's) and with my job (disc jockey)?
I think your best option if you want to keep your type of profession is moving to south California. I've lived there, Boston, Chicago, Sydney and Brisbane Australia and Auckland, New Zealand. If you want to buy a house the market right now is great, or just renting is a great option too, but try looking for some places in South California.

Disc Jockey $81.25 A disc jockey (also known as disk jockey, DJ or deejay) is a person who selects and plays recorded music for an audience. Originally, disk referred to phonograph records, while disc referred to the Compact Disc, and has become the more common spelling. Today, the term includes all forms of music playback, no matter the source. There are several types of disc jockeys. Radio DJs introduce and play music that is broadcast on AM, FM, shortwave, digital, or internet radio stations. Club DJs select and play music in bars, nightclubs, discothques, at raves, or even in a stadium. Hip hop disc jockeys select and play music using multiple turntables, often to back up one or more MCs, and they may also do turntable scratching to create percussive sounds. In reggae, the disc jockey (deejay) is a vocalist who raps, toasts, or chats over prerecorded rhythm tracks while the individual choosing and playing them is referred to as a selector. Mobile disc jockeys travel with portable sound systems and play recorded music at a variety of events. Radio Jockey $68.51 High Quality Content by WIKIPEDIA articles A radio jockey (or RJ) is a person who hosts a radio talk show where the RJ selects the music to be played, or topic of discussion, by interacting with the audience; the interaction is often via telephone, but may also be online, or via email. Etymologically, the term is derived from disc jockey, a term used to describe a person who plays music in discotheques. However, it is still uncertain when it first became popular. Its origin shows a regional bias as, although quite generic in description, it is used specifically in India. Today, radio jockeying is considered to be a hot profession, and some radio jockeys have become household names, such as Ameen Sayani, Shamshir, Karan, Hardeep Chandpuri, Anil Srivatsa and Nitin. Radio jockeys may start working for fixed salaries, but their paypackages can skyrocket after a few years in the business. Many go on to become voiceover artists and lend their voices to commercials, dubbed movies and even animated shows. Some radio jockeys go to other countries and host what are called desi shows, which have Indian influences. Author: Surhone, Lambert M./ Tennoe, Mariam T./ Henssonow, Susan F.
