Color Monitor
Why does my color monitor have too much red on one side?
NO changes to anything, suddenly a red "glaze" on 1 side. Dual monitor is fine.
If its an LCD then you may have a bad Florescent tube if that's the case your only option it to replace the whole monitor the florescent tubes in an LCD are molded into the screen its self and can not be changed out if its a regular tube Monitor like the great big dinosaurs of computer monitors the tubs in them are replaceable but like I said if its an LCD your out of luck it will only get worse.If you do happen to get your self a new monitor make sure you set your monitor to turn off after so many minutes rather than using a screen saver.Screen savers were created for the old big tub monitors LCD don't need screen savers but to run a screen saver on an LCD the monitor needs to stay on and that's not good for an LCD Old tube Monitors have a life expectancy of 15 to 20 years an LCD around 4 or 5 years some times less.So instead of running a screen saver just set the monitor too shut off after like 5 or 10 minutes doing that will add extended life to your LCD monitor so there not running and burning all the time just a tip...
