Is there anywhere in Newport, RI to watch Formula One (F1) races?
Do any bars open that show the races or gatherings at car dealerships, etc in Newport, RI to watch Formula One (F1) races? I'm going to be staying in Newport, RI the weekend of the 2007 Monaco race and I'd like to see it. Unfortunately, where I'm staying doesn't have Speed Channel, so I'm hoping there may be a local gathering spot to watch F1 races (be it a bar/restaurant, car enthusiasts club, car dealership, or whatever).
Yes there is a bar where you can watch f1 with unlimited wine. But its very costly.

The Uses of a Nerf Bar Kit
Among the several auto parts that have more than one primary function, the nerf bar is a useful add-on component for a vehicle geared for the speed wars, for a heavy duty pick-up truck used for hauling and towing, and even for a sport utility vehicle aimed for off-roading aside from regular use.
Strategically placed on each side of an automobile, the pipe-like structure of the nerf bar can be made from chrome, stainless steel, or powder-coated steel. The primary function of this vehicle component varies on what a motorist needs. A nerf bar can work as a racing car protector and booster. When installed at the sides of a compact race car, the driver can utilize the nerf bars to safely cushion an induced collision with another car without necessarily messing up the body and the wheels. That kind of safe bump can only be successfully executed because of the pipes at the sides, which even allow the racer to easily overtake other vehicles.
Nerf bars are also known as step bars or step tubes. As implied by these alternative names, these external auto parts, especially those that are oval in shape, are also used to get in boarding or getting out of big and bulky vehicles such as pick-up trucks and SUVs. When installed on the sides of these particularly high vehicles, the nerf bars function as steps. Although a driver may probably be comfortable in entering his high pick-up truck, his wife or their little children may need some help to climb into its cabin. Furthermore, because a nerf bar makes climbing in and out of a truck more easily, a falling accident, which could require a considerable amount of cash to be treated, is prevented.
Some factory-assembled vehicles are already equipped with sturdy nerf bars. For those automobiles without these parts, meanwhile, there are aftermarket stores that sell, install, and even customize nerf bars to fit specific models and makes. Their units may come in a variety of shapes and sizes but the functions, which depend on the vehicle type and needs of an owner, remain the same.
