HAVING A BLACK LIGHT PARTY!?!?!?
my friend is turning 16 in a few weeks. she wants to have a black light/hi-lighter party. we are going to buy plain white tees, highlighters, and white sox so far. were also buying candy necklaces and bracelets, the black lights, neon consturuction paper (to cover the windows to keep the light out) and mardi gras beads. What elsee should we buy? and what games can we play!??
