Cafe Beer In Lebanon, how much cost common things such as a restaurant, a beer, a taxi drive, a movies ticket, etc?
For example, how much will I pay for a beer in a nice café in a safe neughbourhood, for a normal lunch in an average restaurant (not luxury ), for a taxi drive, for a bus ticket, for a movies ticket, for a night club entry, etc, etc

all of these prices would be different depending on where you are...but the most common prices would be
4500LL for an almaza(local beer) at a local restaurant you could get it for about 1500LL at a liquor store.
a restaurant like crepaway or b2b would be about 25000LL per person (a basic sandwich or hamburger place w/fries would only be about 8000LL per person/ or a really nice restaurant could cost 50000LL and up per person)
taxi cabs are insanly cheap. you can get most places within the a city for under 5000LL or cheaper (when i left in 2006 i dont ever rember paying more than 2000LL to get anywhere within Beirut) and once we took a cab from the Geant Mall to the military beach ( i forgot its name...but it took about 25 minutes to get there) there were 5 of us in a mini van and it cost 8000 for all of us total.
a bus...wow it used to be 500 LL. im sure it can be no more than a doller now.
movie tickets are around 12500LL
night clubs are the ones that are dramatically different....i dont even know what the prices would be today. but the drinks in clubs are very expensive compared to other countries
