I miss the Burgie man from Burgermeister Beer, myself. And I feel sorry for the Trix rabbit, because he always got the wrong end of the spoon. I had the full set of Shredded Wheat guys that slide onto your spoon.

Ah the Burgie man, I remember those.

Great question. It's funny but the ones I remember most are the beer and cigarette commercials. Seems like they were the most creative. You probably remember the old Hamms beer commercials with the bears. I can't find the video of the best one which had a man in a canoe being followed by the Hamms bear. Flash forward..My eight yr old grandson watches tv land with me..the old Andy Griffith and others. Well they show a lot of drug commercials and my grand son likes to point out all the side-effects they list in the disclaimer at the end. Cracks me up he can recite all 25 side-effects for "Chantix" and a few other drugs. After he lists them [some of them very gross] he says "wow Pa Pa the drugs are worse than the illness" lol. Smart kid.

We just got the dvd set..season two of "Lost In Space" and he'd rather watch it than the new kids shows. Thanks for the interesting question!
