How Do You Bake Bread?
I dont have a bread mixer so I was thinking of doing it the ol fashion way. either white or brown, doesnt matter. I just want it light a fluffy and yummy. thanks
1 C warm water
1 Pkg Yeast
2 Tbs Sugar
2 Tbs Oil
Mix together and let yeast start to activate
Add 1 C flour mix for about 15 minutes. I use a stand Mixer.
Add 1tsp salt
Add 1 1/2 C flour as needed (flour amount will differ)
Let raise to double size, about 45 minutes
kneed dough and let raise again
kneed and put in a greased loaf pan or roll into balls on cookie sheet
Raise one more time Bake at 350 20-40 minutes. Bread will be brown and have a Hollow sound when tapped.
