What is the best re-boot of a movie franchise to date?
I thought Star Trek was great, but they also did a good job with Batman, Battlestar Galactica, James Bond, the updates they did with Star Wars, and the various Godzilla re-boots since 1985.
Even though it isn't a movie, you suggest Battlestar and I'm going to have to go with that one. It not only plays homage to the original at times it is the only reboot that is unarguably better than the original.
