Why do I get more drunk off beer than liquor?
I drink about every weekend, if not then at least every other. Some nights it will be liquor or a mixed drink or beer. However, I can literally have 8 shots of patron tequila, and like 3 mixed drinks and not even feel buzzed. But I can drink 2 beers, draft or bottle, and be drunk!! How is this possible? It doesn't make any sense to me, and when I tell this situation to others they never believe me. It seems as though people should get more drunk from liquor, considering it has considerably more alcohol than beer.
You most likely drink much more beer than a comparative amount of alcohol.

Not true and shows alcohols deceptive nature on our ability to think and perceive the world around us under its influence.
"But I can drink 2 beers, draft or bottle, and be drunk!! How is this possible?"
I have no clue I suppose it is just one of the world's great mysteries.
