Beer Bar Tray
Does this sound like enough food for my wedding?
3 tray passed hors d'euovres per person (crab rangoons, beef satay, coconut shrimp)
hosted bar with premium beer, wine, fruit punch, soda (we're covering $1000 for 80 adults, 20 kids)
salad
their choice of new york steak or salmon
dessert (assorted pastries)
wedding cake
the reason I ask this is because my cousin had a similar selection at her wedding and I was starving! Although, they didn't prepare enough salad so our table didn't get any.
The entree comes with a starch and 2 veggies.. it's not just meat.
Hi. It sounds great to me.
I am assuming that along with the main entree (steak or salmon), that there is a carb (potato of some sort or rice) and a vegetable also.
So, in effect, you are serving: hors d'oeuvres; a salad; a main dish including a carb and veggie; dessert and cake. Sounds great to me!
