what are the chances i can win in court?
My car was wrongfully towed. I had parked my car overnight at a bar across from my dorm. its an vacant part of the building and there are no signs stating "no parking" the ticket i also got says its private property. Two weeks after i was walking passed a noticed there are now signs saying no over night parking. Now that they have admitted fault what are my chances of winning
I did take pictures the day of with out the signs there and now with them there
My friend who brought me to get my car from the tow company also is a witness to no signs
Slim to none.
It was still private property no matter what the signs stay.
If you parked on my lot I'd have you towed too, squatter.
