I usually order a Stongbow cider. I don't drink it at home much, and love the taste of the stuff. If that's not available I'll try any other thing I don't tend to buy for home. Maybe an import or whatever looks appealling at that very moment.

A bartender that sees you back and gets the drink instead of ignoring you, servers who come around to the tables at a club before your drink is done to see if you want another, servers who come around with those shot things in test tubes, freebies occasionally, new cocktail napkins when the old ones are soaked. And when the employees remember you and your name and give you the best service. It's all about the service.
