Can i bench with a curl bar?
i don't have a bench at home and only have a curl bar.i only do push-ups for chest but want to use resistance.
can i do bench press on the floor?or put my back on sum books or something so i can get the full motion?lol also, use a curl bar for this?
dont have much room for a bench and im not sure if im going to get a straight bar anytime soon
lol that dude copied the other guy....but yea u CAN do it id lay on something that gets u in the air a lil bit and dont grip where u would for the curl but wider near the ends and u can do it...or u can just do weighted push ups like a bag on ur back..sometimes i have my lil sister sit on my back she's like 35lbs lol
