Amstel Lager

I don't like Molson, Amstel Light, Moosehead, Harp etc. They all share a "tinny" taste. Why is that?
Is it because there lagers or have a lot of hops or a lot of barley?? I'm trying to narrow down the common denominator. Any suggestions?
They are lagers. Lagers are awful. Plus any beer in a green bottle is damaged by ultra violet light.
